Delivery Timeline & Working Hours

Our company adheres strictly to the principle of delivering products on time with clear communication at all times.

All JPGs or PDF E-Cards are delivered between 2 to 4 hrs business days.  As such, these items are ideal for last minute requests.

The Video or GIF Invitation Card, Video E-Invites, & Caricature E-Cards will be completed and delivered in 48 hrs business days.  This process gives us time to finish the entire order with every detail taken care of with attention to the highest level possible.

During peak and/or holiday periods, our delivery time may be slightly longer due to high volume and leaving time to accommodate demand for our products.

We will deliver any urgent orders for Video or Caricature Invitations  on a priority basis, with an added charge of ₹1000.  This ensures that you will receive the level of priority you expect from us.

Pricing

Pricing for our product is fixed and will not change.  We are able to continue to provide high quality, fair prices for our clients while maintaining our commitment to a reasonable amount of creativity and professionalism.  Pricing has been set with discounts of as much as 40%.

Terms & Conditions

We believe in having a clear, creative and fair work environment, so please make sure you thoroughly read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing the order so we may provide you with the best service possible to your satisfaction and to our designers as well.

Payment and Refund Policy:

All template purchases (ready to use) require full payment in advance.

As each approved design will reflect what you approved in your preview, no refunds will be granted after the design has been approved.

Any applicable taxes on templates will be charged at a rate of 18%.

Customisation Guidelines

Text and images are the only aspects of the template you choose to edit.

The documents you provide us with, that have been approved by you, are final and may not be modified once approved.

Please ensure that all details of the document you provide us to create from are spelled correctly and accurate, as we will create the document based on your exact details.

Should you wish to alter any of the following components – font style, font colour or background colour of the document, please contact us before you send your documents. Each of those alterations will have an additional fee of ₹499.

We will use only images, provided by you, to create your document. The images cannot be replaced multiple times.

Note: We do not provide photo editing services, so should you require this, we will charge ₹499 for each photo edited.

Policy on Video and Slides

All frames for videos and layouts for slides will stay the same as provided; any alterations made will incur a charge of ₹499 each time to modify.

Alternatively, if you do not want images included in your slides, then as per your request we can provide slides without any image on them.

Music used in the videos may be replaced with a different choice of the customer’s making, and only one link to the song needs to be submitted by each customer.

Note: We do not alter or cut any songs submitted to us.

The video will be revised once after receiving the first draft.

If you want any additional changes after the final approval, you will need to pay for these changes as follows:

E-cards – ₹199 for each revision

Video Invites – ₹499 for each revision.

Once you receive the HD version of your project, you will not get to make any free change requests.

Policy on Branding & Watermarking

The final invitation will not show a full watermark.

Our logo will only be found on the last slide indicating “Designed by animationinvite.com”

There will be an option to remove our logo at an additional cost of ₹299.

Formats and Sizes for Invitations Videos

Video Invitation Files come in two (2) formats – HD via Google Drive and WhatsApp compatible version(s)

By default, video invitations will be created in 1080px x 1920px

If you would like your invitation created in a different size(s), please provide the specifications before placing your order

Different Template Versions

Additional Versions: If you want more versions of your template (i.e. Groom-specific or Bride-specific, or by function – for example – by Date), you will be charged an additional 50% charge based on the original Template Cost.

New Template Change Requests: If you request a change to your template before you see the Preview, we will accommodate that request without additional cost.

 Template Change Requests (after the Preview): If you change your mind about what you want after you have the Preview, you will need to purchase a new Template and will be subject to additional charges based on the template you want.

 No Open Files: We do not provide you with Access to an Open File or an Editable Template.

Printing & Portfolios

We Currently Do Not Provide Printing Services.

 You will receive High Definition (HD) PDF files that you can take to your local printer.

 If you allow it, we may display your Invitation or Caricature in our Portfolio or on our Social Media Platforms.

If you would rather not have this happen, please notify us before you Place the Order, or after and request that we remove it.
